was bored and didnt know what to draw, so i decided to redraw this guy, who i have now named Dominator Astrorum (Latin for "Ruler of the Stars")

this is a new character I've been drawing. Still figuring out how he looks.

The thing is, is that I feel like I'm going for a very specific look, but its from somewhere and I don't know where. Who does he remind you of?

Right now he looks like he's out of a 2000s animated show.
