Like this? You can put the text next to the little borders on the side and then add the borders next to it on the right like I did in the coding. If the border on the right is too far too the left even with text between it, you can use a trick where you put [color=transparent ]...[/color] after it and put as many periods down as you need, but if it's too far too the right then I suggest moving some text to the next line.
