Big site update!

Oh dear, Golly Gosh! This is weird, but tolerable ;__; (Never change a classicists favourite site, we don't like change).

It's good that Nick and Tess have done a big site update and all....but I really really don't like the idea that fandom and fantasy have been split up. That also means people will have less people joining there roleplay...and it's kinda confusing....

I really like the site update. It'll take some time to get used to, but I'm going to enjoy exploring and finding things.

One thing that I have noticed (since I come here mainly on my iPad) is that the new sub-menu that appears when you click on one of the buttons on the top of the site, for example: Forums or My Stuff, doesn't stay up on mobile. When I click on it, the menu appears for a second and then takes me directly to the main forum, or to my pets if I click on My Stuff. It doesn't give me a chance to even read the sub menu choices let alone click on one. I mean, I can still get where I want to be, it just takes me a few more clicks.

Just thought I'd point it out.

I'm on my iPad (it's pretty much the only thing I use to go on CS) and when I click adopt the menu appears for less than half a second, then I'm directed to this months pets. Is anyone else having this problem, or am I doing something wrong?

I love this, it looks so neat and organized now! I especially like that the Suggestions board was moved to the top of the forums instead of being practically hidden at the bottom ^_^

Others are having this problem as well. I'm not sure how to fix it.


Other than that, can users submit images for stock photos? I have a bunch of decent photos from my last trip to the Toledo Zoo that are just sitting around. I'm not sure what sort of trouble you'd have to go through to allow user submissions, but it's something to think about to take the work load off of the staff.

When I first saw it, I scrolled down to the 'users online' bit and there was absolutely no-one there!
