Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: i used to be an adopter here, but have been somewhat inactive since late 2019. however, i have made some posts on the introduction thread, some like this! i'm not sure if that applies however.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: i remember when i was a new user, i had no idea what i was doing. i was pretty lost and confused, and i remember asking a friend who had been here previously on tips and what to do correctly. i appreciated them helping me and i then came to realize that i too enjoy helping people and i hate to see new people, even in real life, run away from situations because they do not understand, and i feel like i could help somebody out!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: due to everything moving online because of covid 19, i actually have TONS of freetime. i check in here periodically throughout the day, even on mobile. i'd say i'm usually hovering here/being active on my laptop for a total of 6 hours a day at least!
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: i did!
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: i do!

Also, if there are not enough adopters in the next round, I'd like to volunteer to take on more than one newbie if I could. I'd love to help as much as possible!

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS?: Yes; I have adopted multiple newbies in past AAN threads as well as occasionally helping in the CS Help, Suggestions, and Problems board.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I've been a member of CS since July 2010 and I know my way around very well at this point. I'm very friendly and love having the opportunity to help others.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on CS daily, usually multiple times a day for at least 10 minutes or so each time. I always get notifications for PMs.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Yes I did.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Absolutely!

How did you find Chicken Smoothie?: A friend and I used to play this in 2010 and I was also new and didn't know anything about it. I came back though but still know absolutely nothing.

What do you like best so far?: The pets <3

Any questions? No questions but I want to note that I have a learning disability so things can be kind of hard for me to grasp at first and remember later on so I'm looking for a patient and understanding adopter.

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I really love helping people! Though my account age doesn't show it, I know my way around this website pretty well, and will be able to explain things pretty thouroghly. I am a patient, understanding, and friendly person, and I am not afraid to admit when I don't know something. I'm not active in the art or roleplay side of CS, but I have a friend who is, so if there are any questions regarding those things, I will be able to figure it out one way or another.

How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on CS every day, unless something prevents me from doing so. I usually get on for around 10 minutes, many times per day.

Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Yep!

We hope this will make it easier for long-term adopters to continue helping out and ensure we have enough adopters willing to take on newbies. We might tweak this system going forward to meet our needs. Thank you to everyone who has adopted for your continuing support. c:

If they don't contact you within around a week, or if you're having other problems such as they're being rude to you, you don't understand their explanations, or anything like that, you can PM one of our thread mods, and we will assign you to a new adopter as soon as we can.
