Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: Yes but I do not have specific examples. More just generally years of doing this and trying to be involved with the community!
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I cannot believe I did not sign up for this earlier, I would like to help newer users get their toes in the water and set them up to enjoy CS as much as I do. Having someone I can help in a more one on one setting would be great, as I tend to do more broad-scope things. I remember how daunting it was to join CS, and that was a decade ago! I cannot imagine trying to get into it now when even more has happened and the site has continued to evolve. I wish back then I had found a mentor, so I would love to be that person for someone else just joining the game!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on every day for at least an hour or so, most of the time more. Modding eats up a lot of my time but I have been getting better about not letting it suck up my entire CS experience. As well, as my work schedule gets more chill going into the winter, it makes it easier for me to spend more time online. I also work from home! So even if I am not actively online and doing things, I am easily available and try to check in throughout the day.

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: I can't find links or can't exactly provide links to them. I have helped out newbies through trades or via PMs, usually by helping them understand basic fair trades which sometimes leads to them continuing to message me through PMs for a future helping hand!
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I love helping people and I feel like I would be a great help to a newbie. I remember when I joined I was super confused on how the site worked and about all the different sections in the forums. I wish I would have known something like this existed! I want to be able to provide some relief to the sometimes confusing and frustrating times you can experience as a newbie!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I am usually on every morning and every night. Occasionally, I am online during the afternoon times as well if my days are free. Normally, I am online for a few hours at a time. I'd estimate at least 7 hours a day.

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: Not yet; but that's why I want to sign up for this. I want to be involved in the community and volunteer help when I can, even if it is not needed at the current time.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I have been on the game on-and-off for a long time and know a lot about the basics, and if I don't know anything I know where to find it as I am very familiar with how the forums are set up and how to use the search feature in depth. I am proficient in technology and can also help with general troubleshooting that people who are not only new to Chickensmoothie but the internet may need.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I typically give Chickensmoothie a check once a day, if not multiple times a day. I am online for at least thirty minutes to an hour usually.
