The 3 month rule is basically trading a pet for any other pet from the same species and rarity, but within 3 months of the release of the pet.

So;
Trading a rare March '10 dog for a rare Jan '10 dog.
Or
Trading a 2012 common rat from september for a 2012 common rat from november.

Please note that the 3 month rule doesn't work for certain pets, the more in demand ones, or rareslist pets C: It also rarely works when skipping years, so be sure to get confirmation if the 3 month rule actually applies on the pet you want C:

December 18th pets do not fall under the 3 month rule. At least not for that date. They may fall under their true-date/true value 3 month rule.

I'm trying to figure out the worth of a full set of Corgi store pets. I did read the comment on here that they are NOT worth a Non as some people think, and each of them are worth 2 '09 rares (accurate worth) but what does the entire set go for? I've been getting a ton of trades for them so I do know they're in high demand and I'm going to be starting an auction for them. What would be a good auto? Maybe a mid September list pet or is that too high? Would a high Advent or low Sept be more realistic?

A 2013 store is worth 2 09 rares each
That would beee...8 09 rares total for the whole set
Any demand/overpay is up to you
I would check the Fair Trade thread to see what a set trades for; hopefully that will help with your auction autos
