Kinda sad we didn't get a yellow tabby (I saw the kitten and was immediately reminded of Bumblebee from various Transformers series/movies)
But I found several outcomes quite pretty x3

Hahaha, I love the aesthetic of altricial baby birds, but I'm afraid I couldn't slip in a nestling stage since our palette didn't allow for featherless pink baby dinosaurs. If there's one thing I kinda regret about last year's cat it's that I didn't make use of our pink-based palette to deliver an actual baby cockatoo design as a growing stage :'D

That said, while I firmly planned on using the adult colouration for my cat, blue jay fledglings' wings are actually noteworthy because they're the first part of their plumage that starts resembling their adult pattern. Here's one, merely missing the barred pattern, and this little one is already looking pretty close. In conclusion the wings on my baby kitty make more sense than the blue on the rest of the body xD

I hope we can pretend that I take compliments with dignity and didn't blush at all :')

And don't worry, it's not gonna be rarer than any of the other cats, so I'm sure people who are missing the outcome are going to be able to get one eventually^^ Last year's cats all turned common.
