Edit 2: This may have always been there, but I don’t know, so I thought I would mention it to see. In Ashki’s Interests, it says Corgis! And in their signature, there is a link (the heart one) that goes to this photo:

So aurora’s kitty is probably the sea since the sea doesn’t eat and contains all sorts of plants and fishes and mammals and sea life! And I think this is aurora’s kitty (i it has already grown)

So aurora’s kitty is probably the sea since the sea doesn’t eat and contains all sorts of plants and fishes and mammals and sea life! And I think this is aurora’s kitty (i it has already grown)

While that dressup is indeed a hint, my kitty is not technically based on the ocean. One of the living things they are based off is found in the ocean, but the overall inspiration has nothing to do with water. There is another hint that hasn't been found yet which could shed more *light* on my kitty's theme if you've got a keen eye c;

This being Aurora's kitten, I have a few ideas

Hints so far:

Nothing to sea here

Doesn't eat

Prefers the beach

based off more than one living thing

"Swimming with the fishes"

I do also want to add in their scene dress up

And the fact they said "One of the living things they are based off is found in the ocean, but the overall inspiration has nothing to do with water." in the comment above me.

Also note there is a green mushroom peeking out from behind the cat.

At first I thought coral reef, but coral eats.

However, after doing some research I found out marine fungi (ocean mushrooms) ARE a thing and don't eat.

I don't know if that's too board, but that's what my guess would be. fungi. (Mushrooms)
There is also something called the coral mushroom that would explain its tail. There also also some mushrooms that are bioluminescent which would not only explain the *light* hint but also potentially the one green eye.

If not I hope this helps someone else.

Also FUNgi fact (don't hate me):
Some marine fungi can actually WALK across the ocean floor. Wild.

hmmmmm i wonder if it's based on a worm of some kind? bioluminescent worms exist, live in caves, and can also be found in the ocean :0c bioluminscent something is very plausible, though as there is a bioluminescent glow in the river that isn't there on the base background

LOL it definitely startled me a bit when researching what your kitty may possibly be

Worms crossed my mind as well but they eat.

After thinking on it a bit my next would be algea. Here's why.

Algea doesn't technically "eat" it gets it's nutrients through photosynthesis.

Algae are everywhere, in oceans, in freshwater lakes and rivers, on land, and even in the air we breathe.

It can indeed be bioluminescent

It obviously would enjoy the beach

The only issue I'm coming across is the mushroom? Is it just giving us a bioluminescent hint? Because while algea and mushrooms are both organisms, they aren't really too closely related.

2. No, she doesn’t have any line edits.
3. Some colours are used less than others but yes.
4. I would say both.
5. I think there are some small similarities but not anything significant.
