If your pet had to pick one mode of transporation, what would it be?

(hmm so even though yours isn't water based, it's element is water, eh Raire? Man your pet has got me all discombobulated xD)

has anyone guessed for this pup to be vampiric's yet?

reasoning: Tamogotchi correlates with that "1000% 90's hint" also the little hair at the top just gives me vampiric's art style vibes + the eyes <3

late to this response but i've been thinking this too ,, so many of vampiric's past dogs have anime girl type things going on and i think this one is gearing up for that too

I have been watching for pages waiting to see if vampiric will deny or admit <.<

This is my guess for Raire’s pup and my reasons why



I’ve come up with a guess. When I was reading through Raire’s answers, I started to realize that they are written in such a way that until the pup grows, it could be hard to actually come to a conclusion. However, there are a few things that can be identified

* So no, I didn't make an ocean/water dog!
* Implication of a heavy dog
* light nose color
* Does your pup share any intentional characteristics or themes with another staff member's pet (as in you worked together)?
* Nothing intentional, but definitely looks like my dog has a cousin this year.

* We know raire will do line edits, but usually not a big one at the first stage growth, if at all
* Most, but not all, of his pups have a long tail
* He doesn’t do a lot of patterning in his pups except for last year

Taking. the format from <@skyegawla (I sure hope you don’t mind!)

This last one is for line edits. This pup has none but chances are, there will be line edits when it grow. After all, Eagle’s Eye asked @Anyone, are there any lineart edits? 👀👀

Eagle never specified at which stage and neither did Raire

And perhaps, looking at the outcome upside down implies either a very ambiguos, can’t really tell what it is, outcome at this stage. And looking at this green pup, I can’t tell what it is/will be

* This pup is ambiguous enough that we have no clue what it will grow up to be, so perhaps it will eat protein and an occasional “salad”

* If Raire’s outcome is heavy, as implied with “trying” to toss it, it probably eats a lot. whenever I eat a lot, I get heavy, too, so… Maybe it eats a large amount of vegetation, which some have protein, and as a result, they may occasionally get protein from ants, beetles, grubs, or even bird eggs on the plants they eat. A salad, to me, are greens (vegetationI) with other toppings (ants, beetles, grubs, etc). Or when it eats other protein sources, it may get an occasional leaf and or grass or something else mixed in with it.

* This does sound fishy, but there are other species that can travel in “schools” like a murder of crows, a school of dolphins, a dazzle of zebras, a bloat of hippos, a tower of giraffes, a parliament of owls.

> Question for all: Is your pet inspired by a specific animal? I wouldn't say... animal...
* Maybe mammal is more appropriate

Nothing intentional, but definitely looks like my dog has a cousin this year.

*These 2 could be cousins. Both have similar eye colors and solid body colors but are not completely the same as cousins are known to not always be the same

So this is why I think this green pup could maybe possibly be Raire’s pup

Love a lot about this post, so I will also add to some thoughts:

Mostly protein, only occasionally 'salad'.
Koi's pup is the only one of their friends I can see showing up where they live. Their cousin, imo, lives a bit further away.
Technically mammal is correct, but I would still say 'mammal'.
Their cousin will be more obvious in both final stages. Yes, this doesn't help. At all.

Oh really..... well i mean a ^ really doesn't tell me much xD..... honestly i've gotta just give up. It's impossible for me to figure out.
