Winged Wood Angel - Value of 0.5 Non/1 Sorb ~ 1 Non so if you're being offered/offering it for 0.25 Nons that would be roughly 3-4 MA's = 25-37 09' Rares

Non is refered to Nonjewel Sundog = Non-Coon Dog = Non-Swirl Moon Dog = Non-Tag (Does not refer to the Nonballoon) and is often used as a base to value pets, same as T7 Dogs for example. Here is some name + base values to refer from yourself c:

Sorb = Pink, Yellow, Green or Blue Sorbet
MA = Mid Advent Pet (Commonly Refered to T7 Advent Dogs)
BEG = Black-eyed Galaxy
CEG = Clear-eyed Galaxy
GWJ = Growing white July
BA = Black Advent
TWA = Timberwolf Advent
BMD = Bernese mountain dog

1 Non = 10-12 MA's = 100-150 09' Rares

0.25 Non = 3-4 MA's = 25-37 09' Rares

Your Side: Pink Punk Dog - 0.5 Non/1 Sorb, Yellow Punk Dog - 0.5 Non/1 Sorb and Patchwork Dog - 1~1.5 Nons so you're probably looking at 2~2.5 Nons depending on how much of a Demand you place on the Patchwork. I've also honestly not really seen many cases of the Green Liontail going for more than 2.5 Nons.
