Has a dog ever grown into adult straight from a newborn before? Because that's the part that I find most fascinating, not if it's based on something-or-other that I've never heard of

I got two of tonight's cute zodiac dog (the little horns and sideways ears make me think of it as a Capricorn ^^), and I still have two newborns left plus another that is a few days behind, so I'm hoping I'll get all the remaining pups from my own adopts. I'm just glad I didn't have to trade for these last two! @_@ The planetary symbols on the legs are my favourite part of this one, I think, but it's lovely overall.

I believe the only dog previously to go from newborn to instant adult is the Joker, so it's a very unusual thing. :3
