Hakuna Matata: It's a bit text-heavy. You could probably cut down the text to just a few words about what you're hoarding/looking for, how you're open to trading pets in locked groups, C$, etc. Otherwise they're good.

Yeah you should probably make the text a bit bigger, but other than that it is very clear.

Thank for the crit. I kinda changed it a bit with red color and bold so you can see the 'important' things. What do you think of them now?

As for yours I think they're just fine. :3
The colors and font stand out nicely and I always enjoy seeing artwork/picture things. Dressed up pets as well, as long as there aren't too many.

It does help with the red, but I'm going to agree with silvertongue, cut down on the text a bit.

I would suggest sort them into lines so they stand out a bit more and make the words larger. But I do the like the big picture of Shoug.

Also, I wouldn't write that you don't trade with COPPA's, they're not all bad. x) Might scare away a few people as well.

The main thing I notice is that the rules are in a paragraph, rather than a list. Maybe it's just personal preference, but a list is easier to read.
Also, the main picture and the bit with Doug and Shoug seem unnecessary to me. They're not entirely trading-related, and they're longer than all your rules combined.

I don't trade with COPPAs because it is just a headache to trade with someone that I can not talk to. I already tried to squeeze them as much as I can, so a suggestion how I can squeeze them would be more helpful.

I can't see your trades for some reason or other but from what is being said I would suggest at least giving COPPAs a chance, I've never been overly bothered by them not being able to leave messages. As for your rules. The best way to make them shorter would probably be to cut them down to the basics. Instead of having 3 sentences explaining one rule just give the basic idea in one sentence 'I only trade rares for rares' 'all items for trade' 'no suggestions'. Generally there is no need to explain why the rule is that way, just have the rule.

Your rules are simple and sweet. I like the colour choice! Easy to read and not rude. Only thing to point out is, I'd love to see an image in there. I'm a big fan of pictures but many people disagree so I guess it is up to opinion. Good rules though
