You should get rid of the ever on the not for trade part. It sounds a bit too harsh.

I think that this guide is quite helpful. When I first joined CC, I didn't even know about that you could create trade "messages", or notes that you would like your trader to know.

Perhaps you could put this in a more visible place? It's just a suggestion, but I've been on this site for almost a year, and I've just stumbled across it
