Owl City...the magical and mystical mind of Adam Young <3

I love Owl City. He's one of my favorite, if not favorite, bands. I know it's just one person. I just bought his new Mid-summer Station CD last night. My favorite songs off of that are: Dementia, Gold, Shooting Star, and Coming After You. I also own Ocean Eyes, All Things Bright and Beautiful, Live in L.A., Maybe I'm dreaming, Of June...just about every one.

And I'm sure I'm not the only crazed Owl City fan out there. So, my question to you is...what's your favorite CD, song off of it, favorite song in general, and, if so, you can have a little discussion about it if you want.

What was the first song you ever heard of his? Mine was West Coast Friendship. My brother showed me that song, and I guess, Ive been listening to Owl City so much, he now hates his songs.

I first heard him back in 2011 I think. The first song I ever heard was Fireflies, and I really loved it. I memorized the words by heart and still know them all today. I didn't actually become a fan of him until about a month ago, when I heard Alligator Skies and Vanilla Twilight. I have yet to hear all of his songs yet, but I'm working on it! I think my favorite is When Can I See You Again, because I really like the words and beat. c:
I heard Rainbow Veins for the first time a few days ago, and that's a favorite too.

You're welcome. And thanks for replying. I like When Can I See You Again, too. I loved Wreck-It-Ralph. I saw it for my birthday. My favorite...there's too many to choose. But, my top songs are Dental Care, Alligator Sky, Deer in the Headlights, Vanilla Twilight, and West Coast Friendship.

Nice. Love those ones. He has a lot of good songs. A LOT! If I may, I suggest Dental Care, Deer in the Headlights, and Meteor Shower. ( I love Meteor Shower. I highly suggest it. It's a little on the short side, but...there's always that replay button.)

I like that one, too. I often find myself singing the da-da parts. "On the heels of war and wonder, there's a dreamy world up there, you can't whisper above the thunder, but you can fly anywhere." Ha ha. Good to see another person join us.

We're not the only ones out there!!! Most of my friends enjoy Owl City as much as I do, but a few don't know who he is. That makes me sad.

They listen to rap, and screamo. Which is fine, but...they need to let the magic of Adam Young into their hearts.

Um....do you have any Owl City merchandise? I don't have any myself, but, I really, REALLY, want some. Maybe they have some at Hot Topic?
