It was for an RP, so TCG, but I was able to think up a strategy using Winged Kuriboh, using Transcendent Wings to summon Winged Kuriboh LV 10 and using its effect in order to destroy Blue-Eyes

So, in an attempt to revive this club, could anyone give me suggestions to fix my two Evil HERO cards? I know that Sinister Prayer needs to be converted into a Fiend instead of a Spellcaster, but a person on Discord says that the effect is just a worse version of Infernal Devicer.

Looking at Infernal Devicer, I agree. It's too hard to pull off which I can see why you did it (to counteract how OP the effect is?) I'd honestly rework the whole thing or make it an extra deck monster because that kind of material gathering seems OP for a low level main deck monster, especially since the only real downside is the setup to get there. The tradeoff to Infernal Devicer is that it's a Link so you do spend materials to make the thing to do the thing.

Even in my own very fusion heavy deck, Lunalights, the main lynchpin of kicking off absurd fusion nonsense requires a bit of setup to do. Actually take a look at Lunalight Kaleido Chick, I think it's a good example of what you're trying to do. If you don't already have a hand ready to go to fusion summon, you'll essentially waste the effect. But if you pull it off right you go from a 2400 ATK burny thing to a 3500 ATK beatstick that autodestroys all special summoned monsters your opponent controls in one turn.

So I don't play HEROs but do they mess with LP gain? Because I don't see a good reason to include it if it doesn't do anything for you. LP is just another resource and gaining it isn't a super great effect unless you need to do it to activate things. Like if you're playing Aromas (which are super fun) or doing some wacky reverse burn deck.
