can we talk about fake and real fans?
i will admit I found out about them through slsp but after listening to all of their songs and covers, watching the fetus videos, and watching endless videos in general; i can proudly say i'm a huge fan.
but fans who are only in it for luke and have only ever heard slsp ANNOY ME SO MUCH ugh

same. but slsps is pretty good and the vid is hilarious xD
so i don't blame them for liking the song, I hate when they say they "LOVE 5SOS" but in reality to them it's just luke and pals.

My friend went to the 1D concert with 5SOS.

Me and my mates always spoke about them at lunch and she was like "ye I love SLSP" although we were talking about songs like 'never be' or 'kiss me kiss me' etc.

When she went to the concert she assumed she was the biggest fan out there.

So yes, they annoy me too ;p

this really annoys me because I like cry
over them sometimes and it makes me
so sad how people who don't know a single
thing about them think they know everything
about them and it makes me want to scream
... I spend most of my time staring at pictures
of them and watching their keeks and ugh. I
actually try so hard and I saved up money to
buy tickets to get tickets for me and my friends.

I think my favourite would be Calum or Michael... I know all of them are carefree, but Calum and Michael seem to be most carefree out of the carefree boys. You got me?

I mean it's such a debatable question, because
they are all so perfect and flawless and they
have cute hair and eyes and smiles and like
it's just so hard to choose. And calum has a
little lisp and it's really cute and aw.

i found out about 5sos back in 2012, and i loved the fandom because everything was so calm and the only fans were real fans. we knew everything about all of them, and could easily name 20 facts about each off the top of our heads. but then the bbmas came along, and everyone was talking about them. i knew it would happen, but t wasn't any easier on me. there's this girl in my math class that sits across from me, and i would always talk about 5sos. well she heard slsp on the radio, came back to school, then decided to insult them, my music choice, and i by saying "wow, all of their voices suck." well then she saw them at the bbmas, and she said "oh yeah, the lead singer is really hot. he's mine." like dude... you can't just claim him, he's not property, and you don't even know his first name. so that happened, and another thing i hate is when people say 5 es oh es. like no, it's 5 sauce. you can leave now, bye. i could literally spend at least 5 more hours talking about this, but i'll leave it there.

it just irritates me so much, I mean yeah, you can call yourself a fan of the music by listening to slsp; actually scratch that, I think to be a fan you need to have heard a few songs and know EVERY member and love their lovely selves, I started off a Luke's girl, but it wasn't for his looks, and then it was calum, michael and ashton. and it's like a different boy every day.
