long post. Sorry ahead of time c: I just need opinions and to get it all out honestly.
Hey everyone! I'd like yalls opinion on which genes I should use on my White XXY Gaolers. I can't afford to get gems Or they would both have Gnarlhorn Tertiary.
I have 2 sets of Gaolers right now that are as follows
All pairs listed are bonded pairs or not bred with any other Gaolers

Primary Honeydew Jaguar (Gaoler)
Secondary Moss Rosette (Gaoler)
Tertiary Honeydew Ghost (Gaoler)
Eye Type Nature Common
AND
XYY
Primary Honeydew Jaguar (Gaoler)
Secondary Moss Rosette (Gaoler)
Tertiary Honeydew Ghost (Gaoler)
Eye Type Nature Common
Bonded Pair #2
Both XXY
Primary Pearl Tiger (Gaoler)
Secondary Pearl Stripes (Gaoler)
Tertiary Ultramarine Underbelly (Gaoler)
Eye Type Ice Common
AND
Primary Pearl Shaggy (Gaoler)
Secondary Pearl Streak (Gaoler)
Tertiary Sky Thylacine (Gaoler)
Eye Type Ice Common
I also have a baby from these Gaolers to be bonded pairs when they grow up
My goal is to make each Gaoler similar enough so when they're bred with their partner the mixed genes look natural and unique from the others in the lair.
So genes I can't use based on that are:
Jaguar,Rosette,Falcon, Peregrine, Ghost
Tiger, Stripes, Underbelly, Shaggy, Streak, Thylacine
Which leaves me with:
Paint, Piebald, Mosaic, Breakup, Tapir, Striation, Bar, Daub, Runes, Pinstripe, Trail, Giraffe, Hex Shard Flank(which I've only seen in the Treasure store once for 2 seconds lol) Weathered, and Wintercoat.
I'm not a big fan of ringlets or smoke hence why they aren't a part of that list.
-I don't HATE white mosaic and breakup, but they're not my favorite because it's harder to put a Tertiary on it without making it look too loud or too jumbled.

-I don't hate Paint and piebald, but they don't look like anything on a white dragon.

-Tapir and Striation look good on white dragons and the runes makes it pop in my opinion.

-I don't HATE weathered or Wintercoat. I am actually fond of them, but I feel like they belong on XYX dragons. Maybe wintercoat is like underbelly I suppose where it can be whatever color and still make sense?

-I've never been a HUGE fan of Giraffe and hex, but I don't hate them. They look really good with the right colors and Tertiary, but I'm not sure how I feel about them on these Gaolers because of their bright Tertiary.

-I love Pinstripe and Trail, but I wouldn't even know which Tertiary to put with them since it makes them gray and white and I don't think I've see them on the Treasure store :c
