Why is it I spend my time reading rules, asking questions, and clicked on "trade me" forums, just to get a cancelation with no message?!

If you don't want to trade, say that or explain why. I love this site be here since 2010 but I'm honestly getting so frustrated trying to add to my collection when every other person I trade with, in their rules say "you have no message auto cancel" or " no message, no message back"?!
