As I grabbed his hand,he winced,and I began pulling him down the hall.I could still hear her,pounding behind us.

"C'mon!"I wispered fircely.

I pulled him into the closet,and shut the door.

"Shh!"I wispered,and winced at the gash going down his right arm,and the gashes in his stomach.I listened as she passed,and breathed slowly.

"Thank God."I wispered.I turned back to him,and sat down beside him."You ok?"I said.

He looked at me."Yea.Sorta,I guess.God,she's dang crazy!"He said."We have to get out of here."He said,and looked around."But how?"I asked,and frowned.

"We can't risk her seeing us,and if we leave the closet,she'll try and kill you again."

He took my face in his hands.I looked up at him,eyes begening to fill with tears.

"We'll get through this."He said softly,his own eye filling with tears,before kissing me gently.He took my hand ,and led my out of the closet.I heard a noise,and groaned."We gotta run!"He said,and pushed me,as we neard the door."But-"I gasped as I was pushed out the door.

Chapter One:End of the Bummer Summer

Beep!Beep!Be-I hit the snooze button on my alarm clock,and rolled over on my bed.I groaned."School."I said,rolling my eyes,and standing up,stretching.I heard movement downstairs,and knew Brutus and Rye were probably up,destorying the kitchen in search of breakfast.


I quickly got dressed,and bounded downstairs.Everyone was up.Well,all but Nell.Killer was at the stove cooking eggs."Whats this?'I asked,sitting at the bar seat in front of the stove.

"You cooking?Whats the occasion?"He glared at me."O,haha!"He snapped,sitting the spatual down."Can't a guy cook in his own house?"I rolled my eyes,and a voice behind me said,

"When its you,nope."I looked up to see Nell stroll into the kitchen."Hey,Lazy-bones."I said.He snorted."Butt."He said,and sat down beside me.


"SEARCH UP LOL CATS!"


I heard Rye yell at Brutus,from where she was sitting beside him at the computer."Would you shut-up?"Nell said,groaning."All morning!God!"I patted him on the head.


"Ish ok.They stupid anyway!"Nell just frowned at me."You know,your really rude."I nodded."I know."My phone buzzed,and I flipped it open.


"Hey Rainy-Girl."I said,as my cousin anwsered."Hey."She said,her vocie sleepy."Uh,yea,hows the Nell-sters?I got a call from your aunt."

Like that, but with a blue cape and blond hair.
Oh and if you want to know, she's rather sharp. She can be offensive, rude, and extremely obnoxious and vicious, but if you're her friend, she'll be the sweet little five year-old that her mom longs to return.
