Welcome To The Import Center!
This is where you can order an imported sveldala of your dreams, for a price!
Be sure to look over all our rules first of course.
Custom Import Rules
. Do not post here for custom requests. Check out an artist's hub, and if they're open, contact them in whichever way they have requested with whichever form they are using.
. Please do not message an artist asking if they will be opening soon or pester them to get an import done when they are obviously closed. Openings will be shown on their hub and announced in the discord.
. Custom payments may include C$, CS Pets, USD, art or other service trades (as deemed fair by the import artist), alternative game currency, or HMs.
. Not all artists are required to accept HM payments. It is technically free work after all! Each artist hub should note whether they accept HMs, or if they only accept HMs at certain times.
. If payment is not sent within an appropriate time period, as decided by the import artist, the artist has a right to revoke the created custom or cancel the request if they choose to do so. You do not own the custom or even the idea of the custom until payment is exchanged in full. Failure to pay more than once will be an automatic ban from the import hub. This goes for wrongful chargebacks as well.
. If you do not like your resulting custom you can discuss with the artist changes you would like made, however, no artist is required to make these changes. This is entirely up the individual.
. You will not receive any refunds on the basis of simply not liking the result. If the artist genuinely makes a large mistake compared to what you ordered, and refuses to make the required changes, then a refund can be discussed. Please have both partied DM me to mediate this situation on Discord.
. Common, uncommon, and rare tiers are allowed on customs. Limited tiers are NOT allowed on custom imports under any circumstances.
. Eye colors can include whatever you would like, including rainbows or pupil edits or heterochromia. There are virtually no limitations for their eyes aside from avoiding solid colors.
. Allowable edits, if the artist is accepting edit requests, include stipulations such as:
- No body lineart edits are allowed (such as weight changes, face shape changes, ear edits, tail bone edits, height changes, etc)
- Scars/injuries/etc are fine as long as they are not gory and follow CS rules properly, even if they affect the body lineart slightly (such as eye removal, scars that chip away at the outer lines, missing bits of ears, etc - docked tails are excluded from this and not allowable aside from special events)
- Mane and tail edits are allowed however tail edits cannot change the tail bone itself, only the hair may be altered
- Custom tack/accessories are fine and have no limitations
- Things such as eye glow, elemental edits, smoke/mist/etc are all allowed
- Horns/spikes/antlers/cloven hooves/fangs/etc are fine as well
- Wings of any variety are fine, however, they may not be considered 'usable', ie no svel may be given the ability to fly
HM Payments
HMs, or Honorable Mentions, are used as a form of currency here. They can be either exchanged for items or used to purchase customs!
You can acquire HMs in three different ways.
First and most frequently, artists may award a number of HMs when judging an adopt. If they're stuck between multiple entries they may give the runner-ups HMs to say how much they liked your entry.
Second, certain events or games may grant HMs as awards. Be sure to check out all our events to see if you can get your hands on some!
Lastly, HMs may be traded or gifted from other users. If someone has HMs but doesnt plan to use them, they can DM either ShadyBro or any of our archivists to get their HMs transferred to another user. While HMs cannot be purchased with real currencies in this situation, trades for items/game currency/characters/etc are perfectly acceptable. Please note however that we take no responsibility for bad trades or scams, and you will not be compensated in these situations - so triple check all our rules and ask for assistance first if you're uncertain!
If you want to track your HMs, head over to our inventory archive. You are also highly encouraged to keep track of your HMs on your own, with links as well if you'd like to be extra organized, in case of any discrepancies.
5 HMs = Non-Rarity
10 HMs = Common Tier
15 HMs = Uncommon Tier
20 HMs = Rare Tier
25 HMs = Limited Tier
