Viscet Truth or Dare? V.1 (OPEN)

Welcome to the first Viscet Truth or Dare community thread!

This may feel a bit roleplay based due to it being for viscets but I assure you all, that this is a game. My viscet Hollow will be "conducting" the games every now and then besides the very first one just to get the momentum going, it just means he'll start it off and be the one allowing viscets on the rounds where more can join. v He's right there.

Rules and Explainations

Rules:
*Must own at least ONE Viscet to participate.
*You PM me the viscet(s) you want to have entered and provide links to their adoption page please. If your viscet has never played before it's important that I have the adoption page link. If your viscet has played once before and will play again then you just need to tell me the name and that they have played before.
*Each game will last 2-3 rounds. After the 2nd or 3rd round a new game will start.
*Everything is turn based so try to keep all comments and replies in ONE post. This is to avoid spamming the thread too much.
*I will keep the rounds updated on who went here in the first page BUT when I am offline I will not be able to keep it frequentd so it's important to keep track of who went and who hasn't gone yet.
* Only Truth or Dare can be picked but a third option called a "One-up" that is only available to those who have to answer. More information on this third option will be listed in the explaination.
* One-ups take away the two viscets turn. Ex: Viscet 1 One-ups Viscet two in Round One and they cannot go until Round Two.
*This thread will follow all CS guidelines
*Try not to cuss so find a replacement word. Ex.: fishy tacos.
*Try to keep everything child friendly since there are young ones here.

Explanations:
*Conductor- The Viscet(s) who starts every new game.They let in viscets who want to enter at the start of every new game.
*Interviewer- The one who picks someone and gives a truth or dare that they picked.
*Interviewee- The one doing the dare or answering the truth. They're able to challenge a "One-up" to their interviewer for that turn.
*One-up challenges- It's like a "double or triple dog dare" but isn't really it. When a viscet doesn't feel like a dare or a truth they have to do isn't fair, they can request a one-up with the interviewer, the viscet who is giving them the dare or truth.
Examples of valid One-ups:
*Interviewee picked "Truth" therefore the Interviewer HAS to answer a "Truth" or the interviewee's truth.
Hollow: "I want a one-up Ren, since you had me tell how I felt about my mate you have to tell me how you feel about your sweetheart or answer another truth, ok?"
*With dare's it's the vice versa of the first bullet example.
*You CANNOT do a truth and a dare or a dare and a truth for a "One-up" because it doesn't make sense and isn't really fair that way.
