Okay, well, I would suggest using a smaller brush. I use a brush that is a tiny bit away from the smallest size.

And, you might want to try working on keeping your hand steady. My hands usually like that too, but what I do is get some things and out the on my hand so I am slow and steady with my hand while drawing. It makes my hand like that becaue I am trying my best not to have it fall off my hand. If I do that, it makes me try to be slow and steady. I would also suggest using pen.

Also to help with the steady hand you can move the smoothing about up to 30 :3
That generally helps me.
