How do I adopt?
To adopt, simply make yourself a form. You are allowed to do whatever you
want with it, as long as it contains the needed information. This means you
can commission artists to draw a picture, for your form, or do it yourself! Fonts,
fancy colors, changed formats, etc.

What information do I need?
You'll need to include these things, at least. You can
always add more parts it you wish.
~Name
~Personality
~History
~Favorite color

Wow, thanks for the comments, guys! I have an art shop to run, and I work at another adoptables shop, but I should have time to run this between jobs. Around two cats a week, I think!

i love this a lot heres a form:

~Name: Lusa
~Personality: Lusa is fun and loving and always enjoys being different. Shes warm-hearted and kind and makes friends very easily. She loves her best friend, Kimmy. Shes pretty athletic and loves when her mother tells her stories about her childhood and how different it was back then.
~History: Lusa was born September 6. The day she was born she had giant cheeks. She was adorable. Her first words were " mango" it was and has always been since that day her favorite snack or dessert. She swiftly climbed up trees. It was odd because no one in her family ever could climb so good. Everyone was amazed. When she was 5 she met Kimmy. At first she didn't like Kimmy at all.She could'nt stand her constant jibber jabber about her hair , nails and how her fur was strangely matted all the time. Oh my god Lusa was about to explode that first day until Kimmy went up to her and said " hey, names Kimmy ummm, your face is as red as a tomato. you alright?" " im fine, just a little worked up by .. umm you have any siblings?" Lusa replied akwardly. That was the start of a long lasting friendship. Lusa never met her father because he was killed by a wolf. She does'nt think about t often because there is no point. She loves her life and wishes one day, she could have an owner , take a challenge and fall headfirst. She loves the feeling. Her life has been so easy so she feels that she needs action or a little spice.
~Favorite color: Light blue or really faint pink. And on happy days white or yellow.
~Gender: Lusa is a female Jini cat
