Remember to delete the layer that I wrote all over! I didn't know how to rename layers, so I just had to write all over a blank layer. Also, the shading is colored so you have to color it to a slightly darker color than whatever color it is that you use for the base; i.e. if you colored it green, you would need to color the shading to a dark green. I may change this to make it easier later if I can figure it out. Remember to click "Lock Alpha" before coloring! I also have used a dark grey for the lines. I believe that if you lock alpha and color, you can change the color of the lines if you need/want to.
I may edit these later and/or add background options if I feel up to it.
Enjoy! c:

If I think of any new rules, I will add them here later.
EDIT:
I changed the lines to black to make it easier on everyone. You can still change the color of the lines though if you want to by clicking "Lock Alpha" and then coloring over them on the lines layer.
The shading layer is still there, and you can still use it if you want to. Just remember that for the shading you should also Lock Alpha and color it to a color slightly darker than your base.
