i think i might be more broken down than i realize
i've been acting like everything is fine but i'm starting to feel the urge to scream my lungs out and i cant get rid of the tension that has kept my muscles twitching for the past few days
it's like i'm made of wax and the fire is a little too close for myself to maintain structure

Something I do when I feel like this is go outside to the forest and scream my lungs out and then go home pretending everything is normal. Hope you feel better!
