Looks too Bold. like it's wearing an overdose of eyeliner.
Thin that down, or blend it in with a background. Everything's also very "hard"
Use different colors and try to shade. Make the iris and pupil a little bigger

I'm just helping, Dont think of this as an insult.
And this isnt very important, it's just tips. if you decide to draw that way, ignore this :)

Haha yeah, I know, it was a "I'm bored" drawing again, I'm playing AQ Worlds and my friend went afk for a bit so I scribbled this down xD
