Wow, it's a busy weekend on CS!
Totoro has some new gifts and prizes to offer on the Easter Event page
The Pound gave away 99,999 pets so quickly yesterday we've added another 100,000 to make sure nobody misses out! Later today when all those pets are gone the Pound will go back to it's normal adoption limits.
Today is Chicken Smoothie's 9th Birthday!
We released our first pets in April 2008, which makes us 9 years old this month! That's older than some of our members

It's thanks to you all that we've reached our 9th anniversary. When I (Tess) first started this site it was just a hobby to keep me busy after class for a few months, and now look where we are! Just one more year til we hit double digits!
I wanna give a special shout-out to our oldest members, and our many staff and helpers who've helped shaped CS into the site we all know and love <3 remember to show your appreciation this month for the many generous people who make CS happen!

Is this your first Easter on CS?
Make sure you read all the instructions on the Event Page and in the news. This event is very similar to our Halloween candy hunt
The Easter hunt is a special event where you can collect eggs from around the site and forum, and then trade them in for cool pets and items. To collect eggs look for special prize banners which sometimes appear at the bottom of the page. They could appear on any page on Chicken Smoothie, so browse around! You might have to hunt for quite a while before you find the prize banner, but don't give up! When you do spot a prize banner just click it to claim your egg. Once you've found an egg you have to wait at least 20 minutes before you can hunt again, so take a break and come back later 
When you have enough eggs you can choose a prize on the Event page!
The event runs for about 10 days. Each day there will be new prizes available, and sometimes there will also be free gifts which you can get without spending any eggs! Don't forget to check the event page every day and remember to hunt for eggs when you've got time!
The prizes on the event page will all be available for the full event, so if you want you can just save your eggs for now and make your choices at the end

Hmmm... what are these guys so excited about?
Phew, managed to rein in that pesky bird. Turned out she was just cranky cos she had low blood sugar. She's feeling much better now she's had a refreshing smoothie. Never let your pets get hangry!
Avian and Tess have been released from their cages and they're scrubbing off all the gray paint so things can get back to normal.
Totoro has left some paints on the Dogs Adopt page for #TeamTotoro supporters.

The newborns for this month are getting their colors back, so check your pet groups!
The pets on the adopt pages might look new to you now, but you most likely already adopted them. They were just covered in Totoro's paint yesterday. Now they're colorful again well, most of them.
