Now, What is a Smiley?
A smiley is a friendly creature, that enjoys swimming, having fun, and just foolin' around! They're slick, sleek coat is designed for swimming, as they all are natural-born swimmers (otherwise an extremely rare case). Just a unique pudgy big thing to play with!

About Smilies!
-Coats-
-Darker coats as mainly males, some unique cases they are females.
-Light colored coats are females, some unique cases they are males.
-Maximum of fours colors on a coat, extremely rare is there only one color.
-Tongues are usually one single color, rarely two, and three+ is, just, whoa.

-Sizes-
Newborn Smilies come from live birth, after being kept by its mother until then. The father and mother take turns caring for the baby while the other is out looking/hunting for food. Until the newborn is capable of walking without support, the mother and father keep the cycle.
Once a babe, the Smiley begins venturing off from its mother and father, never completely leaving them though, just exploration. Still, it mainly relies on its parents for support, care, and teachings. What the parents know, will be knowledge gained by the offspring.
As a child, Smilies begin interacting more with each other, and Smilies their age. Spending most time with each other, and creating bonds unbreakable.
As a adolescent, Smilies have vicious appetites, but usually hunt for their own food, instead of relying on parents. By now, they have a specialty. And are beginning to grow more connected with the community.
Finally as an adult, Smilies look for mates, not specifically during any season. Usually, it is someone from prior meetings, not a first time meet-up. Smilies never break their bond with mate, however they do have a group they belong to.
As an elderly, they usually take the role of raising any orphaned Smilies, and teach each Smiley from their childhood. The group looks up to them for advice, help and knowledge.

-Teeth are there for defense, but being so friendly, they don't really need them.

Note to Artists
Hey guys, a reminder for creating Smilies, these guys are mostly tame, but they have a wild side as well, so any webbed piercings or such is not exactly a fit. Simple items like scarfs or bandanas are fine. If you have any other questions, just pm me. c:
